Website flipping is a simple yet very profitable business venture. The process is very easy and it requires such little capital (about $50) to begin flipping your way into thousands of dollars. All you need to do to flip a website, is to purchase the website or build it, if you have the ability, then you are going to give the website an upgrade or make over and resell it for a huge profit. The process is similar to flipping real estate — where you buy the property, make renovations and the resell it for a profit.

The steps to flipping a website are easy and you can begin right now all you need is a pc, internet connection and the will to follow the following procedures.

• Scout for undervalued online assets

The reason why I have used the word asset is that this could be done on other things like a YouTube channel, blog, domains etc. it does not have to be a website but we will focus on flipping websites for now. You will have to go online to search for assets or in this case websites that you can flip.

• Acquire the asset

After you have found the undervalued website or any website that you think you can flip and increase the value so that you can resell it and make some profit. Then you will negotiate for the website or the asset and then buy it, you could also buy websites from flippa.com and then re-flip them.

• Add Value

After acquiring the asset, you will then go on to add value to the website or whatever you have acquired. There are many way to go about this, you can hire someone to quickly fix what is wrong with the website, freelance job websites like fiverr are a great place to find someone to fix it up for a very low price. In the last article we discussed how to earn 100K online with Google Adsense. In this article we are going to discuss how to earn 100K online by selling your own product. If you read the introduction to the last artilce, then you know that you need to earn $274 per day to achieve earning 100K in a year. How do you achieve that goal?

First, it starts with your product-what are you selling? You must first define what you are selling so you can determine the apparent value of the product. For instance, if you are selling a product that you created for $19.95, then you would need 14 ($274/19.95) sales per day.

If you create a product that has a higher price tag, say $50.00, then you would only need approximately 6 sales per day. That sounds more manageable.

Ok, the second thing that you need to do, is determine how are you going to make these sales. Are you going to do it all by yourself, or are you going to have an affiliate program? If you have an affiliate program, then you have to pay the commissions that are due to your affiliate team. But, at least you are not doing all the selling yourself. What if you created and sold a $50 product paying out a 50% commission and had an affiliate team of ten members making 2 sales per day, how much would you earn per day? Let’s do the math: $50.00 x 2 x 10 x0.50=$500.00. So, if you have an effective affiliate team, it can be quite possible to earn the necessary money to reach 100K.

Another cool way to earn six figures or 100K is to start a membership site. My friend Mark Austin owns Resell Rights Weekly, a membership site that offers Free PLR products once a week. Mark also has a gold membership that he sales for $19.95 per month. A gold member receives about 70 products per month. The majority of them come with resell rights, master resell rights, or private label rights. Now if Mark would do all the promoting himself and no one dropped out, then he would only need to have approximately 278 members in the first month and he would earn $100,000 per year (Of course, he would have to pay for the products that he offers on his site). But Mark also has an affiliate program, which means he doesn’t have to do all the work himself. He does need more members, however.

Another way to earn 100K per year is to flip web sites, but we will talk more about that later. See you in the next post.

Google’s AdSense is a fascinating revenue-sharing opportunity for small, medium and large web sites. Some webmasters are designing brand new sites specifically for serving AdSense text ads. (It’s against the AdSense rules to design a site purely for AdSense, so you’ll want to include a few affiliate links or sell your own product, too.)

Let’s say you have a goal of earning $100K a year from AdSense. Is that possible? Let’s see … $100,000 divided by 365 = $274 a day. So your goal is to produce either:

* 274 pages which earn $1 a day or

* 548 pages which earn 50 cents a day or

* 1096 pages which earn 25 cents a day

The following are hypothetical cases. To earn $1 a day per page, you need, per page…

* 400 visitors, 5% click-through rate (CTR CTR) and average 5c payout.

* Or 200 visitors, 10% CTR and an average 5c payout.

* Or 100 visitors, 10% CTR, and an average 10c payout.

* Or 100 visitors, 5% CTR, and an average 20c payout

Let’s assume you choose a goal somewhere around the middle, say aiming for 50 visitors per page and want 274 pages earning $1 a day. You’d need 274 x 50 = 13,700 pageviews a day.

Does that sound too tough? If so, you’d better look for more profitable keywords and ways to improve your click-through rates.

Let’s try a different scenario, You choose more profitable keywords and make your $1 on average per page from, say, 10 visitors. 274 x 10 = 2740 pageviews a day, That’s looking easier to achieve, If your average visitor sees 3 pages, you now need 913 unique visitors a day.

Is that too tough to achieve in your niche? If so, create two sites, each attracting half that number, 456 unique visitors, a day, Can’t achieve those click-through rates and payouts? Then you’ll either need more pages on your sites on more niche sites.

Please note, because of the AdSense rules, these are all hypothetical cases. I’m not allowed to give real cases. Real CTR rates and payouts vary hugely.Choose the goal which best matches your site or sites.

Then start building keyword-rich pages containing well researched, profitable keywords, and get lots of high quality links to your site.

For example, if your site is about topics such as debt consolidation, web hosting or asbestos-related cancer, you’ll earn much more per click than if it’s about free things.

On the other hand, if you concentrate only on top-paying keywords, you’ll face an awful lot of tough competition.

What you want are keywords that are high in demand and low in supply, So do some careful keyword research before you build your pages.
